Crest Management approached LIMB to partner with them and their technology company Sparkhound. We began by unpacking needs and frustrations from their user groups through one-on-ones and surveys. Through the collection of data, we were able to support the goal of uncluttering the current user experience to enhance communication.
The end result increased usage of both board members having access to reports that they didn’t use prior to the refresh and more community members accessing their dues and community page.
