Business Development and Engagement Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for LIMB’s Business Development and Engagement Coordinator, located in Houston, TX. The coordinator will identify new business opportunities, develop business plans and strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and oversee sales activities.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will:

• research and identify new markets for LIMB’s services. They will identify partnership opportunities, understand potential clients’ needs, and develop strategies to reach them.
• possess strong negotiation skills to close deals with potential clients, handle objections, and overcome challenges.
• collect and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. They will be skilled in identifying and solving problems effectively.
• help with RFP/RFQs research, creation, presentation, and closing. They will assist in kick-off meetings and provide support to the Team Lead.
• be comfortable presenting both remotely and in person on behalf of LIMB.
• be familiar with software that helps in proposal creation, CRM, and budgets.
• be comfortable attending industry events and networking with other business professionals to promote LIMB and its affiliated organizations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, branding, and marketing: Our ideal candidate must learn, understand, and sell LIMB’s services. They will build relationships with potential customers and close deals, and will ideally have branding and marketing experience in both digital and print deliverables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Our candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse audience of potential and current clients, as well as internal stakeholders, while establishing trust and rapport.
• Project management skills: Our candidate must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and producing results.
• Industry knowledge: Our candidate needs a strong understanding of the areas and industries that use LIMB’s marketing and branding services.
• Software skills: Our candidate is familiar with software that supports proposal creation, CRM, and budgets.

Agency Web Programmer

LIMB is seeking a savvy and energetic Web Programmer to join our growing team. 

Web Programmer is responsible for:

• Programming custom website designs and working in existing code
• Customize hand-code into either html/php/wordpress
• Work directly with the head of technology and director of digital architecture
• Analyze an existing backend of a website to enhance performance
• Monthly client website maintenance
• Monthly client eblasts coding and scheduling
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Over communicator making sure to keep project managers in the know

Technical Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years’ experience in a digital agency or web development environment
• At least 3-5 years of WordPress & PHP development experience
• Understanding of:
  • Language: PHP / HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery JS Lib.
  • CMS: WordPress Plugins/Custom Theme / ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
  • Hosting: cPanel
  • Database: MySQL / phpMyAdmin
  • Domain: DNS / Nameserver
• Back-end development and database creation/implementation
• Experience implementing analytics code and setting up analytic event tracking using various platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
• Familiar with modern and past programming practices
• Develop, coordinate, and evolve quality assurance (testing) procedures to ensure error-free work product
