The creative spirit of LIMB was born in 1983, when Linda began the agency as a sole proprietor. Although more than three decades have passed since she first hung out her shingle, Linda’s founding focus on developing three-dimensional creations and “out of the box” designs has remained the same.
Her artistic talents have helped Limb develop a particular strength for designing experiences for nonprofit clients and major events. These include Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa, Memorial Hermann, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Cattle Baron’s Ball (American Cancer Society), Neighborhood Centers, Ronald McDonald House, and American Heart Association.
She has also led the agency in establishing a name for itself in the political arena. Linda worked with The Economic Summit of 1990, has supported three U.S. Presidents with inaugural balls and library openings, and has provided creative expertise and direction for a wide range of political events surrounding national and local constituents.
Linda’s designs have won numerous awards both domestically and internationally.
A native Houstonian, Biddie began her professional career in the legal field after attending University of Houston. However, 22 years ago Linda Limb, Biddie’s sister, encouraged her to use her wealth of business knowledge to help take LIMB to the next level. Serving as one out of three partners, Biddie oversees the financial goals as well as the Business Development sector of the Firm. Her love is to mentor and connect.
From guiding clients through the ideation stage of organization’s needs to creating working solutions to lending her expertise on various panels, Biddie is the respected and well-recognized face of LIMB. While Houston is home, Biddie’s influence far exceeds the city’s limits with notable roles including: Board of Directors of Iconoclast Artists, Advisory Board of Secrets of the Sistership, Board of Trustees for St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Forum Leadership Team for Women’s Business Enterprise National Council or WBENC, Member of the Greater Houston Partnership and an active member of the Women’s Business Alliance. Nationally, Biddie is currently serving as Second Vice Chair for the Marketing and Program Committee with WBENC and has been asked to chair the committee to create WBENC’s Toolkit initiative. Last year, she was honored as WBENC’s 2019 Star representing WBEA.
When not influencing change in the professional realm, Biddie spends time focusing on life’s biggest blessing: family – specifically her grandkids.
